Alecko Eskandarian (@Alecko11) / The Next Chapter

I’m a former professional soccer player, currently working in MLS Player Relations and Player Development. I am a proud graduate of the University of Virginia and Bergen Catholic High School. I’m passionate about the game and eager to share my experience and insights with aspiring players.

MLS Player Relations and Player Development are crucial roles in the Major League Soccer (MLS) ecosystem. My work focuses on supporting players at all stages of their careers, from helping young athletes navigate the challenges of entering the professional game to advising veteran players on their next steps. I aim to foster a positive and supportive environment for players, helping them grow both on and off the field. This includes addressing player concerns, facilitating communication between players and league officials, and developing programs to enhance player well-being and professional development.

By promoting player development and providing a strong support system, I believe we can contribute to the continued growth and success of MLS and the sport of soccer in North America.
